FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 I charge $65 per one hour lesson. I have a five lesson discount package of $300.  I can also arrange a short meet and greet with you and your canine family member to help determine your training needs. 

 I am a certified Animal Behavior College dog trainer. I also have  certificates in shelter dogs, cat management, pet CPR, first aid and dog psychology.  I continue to take courses to expand my knowledge and  abilities. 

 I have had a love for animals my entire life. I have been a dog, cat, horse, squirrel and ferret owner.  My love of training began while I trained my own dogs and I decided to take that love to other people's dogs. 

 I work with all types of dogs from the tiniest to the largest, from the shy ones to the excited ones. 

 My advice is that you find a certified trainer.  Additionally, I would  recommend a trainer that is passionate about their love for dogs, but  also their love for learning.  I continue to take courses to increase my  knowledge and abilities as a trainer. 

 Customers need to think about the type of training they want their dog  to have. I use positive reinforcement training which I believe increases  the bond between owner and dog.  I teach you to teach your dogs the cues you want, such as sit, stay, come, leave it and place.  I will also work with you with leash pulling and house training.
